Our mission is to be the leader in Broward County that provides leadership, services, advocacy, and the resources necessary that enhances the lives of people who are blind and visually impaired.

Vision

Our vision is for all Broward residents who are blind or visually impaired to enjoy independence and high quality of life through the transformative work of the Lighthouse of Broward.

Goals

1.Enhance programming through innovative solutions. (Reimagine rehabilitation programming to meet the current and future demands).
2.Strengthen brand equity to raise awareness and reach more people who need services.
3.Expand LHOB direct employment opportunities for clients. (Create jobs for people who are blind or visually impaired so they can live full and independent lives.)
