Goals

1. 1.Our goal is to align our programs in both centers to reflect our faith-based values and mission. By mirroring these programs, we aim to ensure consistency and strengthen our impact across all locations. We have accessed the outcome of the programs within the community and seen the success of our programming.
2. 2.We are committed to enhancing our capacity to support individuals and families facing homelessness in our community. We are doing this by broadening the scope of our current services, ensuring that more people have access to critical resources such as emergency shelter, nutritious meals, and health care while developing new partnerships with municipalities, businesses, and faith-based community.
3. 3.Our aim is to strengthen our financial foundation by diversifying revenue streams, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring fiscal sustainability. Additionally, we are dedicated investing in leadership training, improving organizational processes, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration especially as our team grows.
