HomeSafe is a nationally accredited nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting Palm Beach County’s most vulnerable residents—victims of child abuse and domestic violence. Our mission is to create safer, more productive lives for infants, children, young adults, and families. Founded in 1979 as the “Council on Abuse and Neglect of Palm Beach County, Inc.,” HomeSafe began as a group of concerned citizens working to prevent child abuse, spread awareness, and strengthen community support. Over the decades, we have evolved into one of Florida’s leading providers of prevention and intervention services, serving more than 15,000 children and families annually. Our comprehensive continuum of care prevents new cases of abuse, protects victims of familial violence, and empowers children and families to build brighter, safer futures.
