SPCA Florida’s Mission is to eliminate animal suffering and to educate the entire community in the welfare of animals.

1.Increase financial and donor stability year over year to ensure SPCA Florida sustainability; Develop a plan for capital investments and improvements.
2.Continue to facilitate steps necessary to achieve No Kill Polk County.
3.Recruit, train, increase, and sustain the volunteer base annually and develop a comprehensive and inclusive plan to ensure consistent volunteer coverage in rescue operations.
