Design and build state of art facilities and support specialized programs 3. Serve 2500 youth by end of Fiscal Year 2026
2.Continuously generate best in class programs that reflect relevant, innovative content to enable members to pursue academic excellence and personal growth. 1. Expand Programming to Improve Reading & Math proficiency 2. Execute Comprehensive Teen Strategy to support Workforce Development. 3. Develop Talent 4. Continuous Quality Improvement - Measure and Assess Program Quality & Standards
