Vision

We ensure a Catholic Education is accessible to all families, regardless of income.

Goals

1. 1.The Foundation believes no child should ever be denied a Catholic education due to a lack of resources. To secure this promise permanently, we are building an endowment funding a long-term insurance policy, guaranteeing tuition assistance continues for generations, regardless of economic downturns or a family's changing circumstances, keeping faith and opportunity accessible to all.
2. 2.Saint Ann School Foundation's strategic goal is to employ the best and brightest Catholic educators. Our Teacher Incentive Program awards retention bonuses to top-performing teachers, closing the pay gap with other schools, reducing turnover, and retaining mission-aligned faculty—strengthening classroom continuity and ensuring students receive excellent, faith-centered instruction.
3. 3.The Foundation supports the academic, athletic, and extracurricular programs of Saint Ann School, ensuring students receive a well-rounded, Christ-centered education. Through our partnership with Gulfshore Playhouse's ThinkTheatre program, we bring live arts education directly into every classroom, enriching creativity, confidence, and learning beyond the traditional curriculum.
