The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: To create the best quality dog through various factors. These include genetics and reproduction, early puppy education, puppy raising, canine care and conditioning, and training.
Goal Type: Invest in the capacity of our organization (financial, management, technical, etc.).
Goal Two: To create exceptional experiences for students, alumni, volunteers, campus guests, and donors. For students especially, they will enjoy small classes and training and follow-up visits by instructors.

Goal Three: To grow awareness for our target demographics through various marketing and PR campaigns. To provide highly personalized attention to donors and clearly communicate through a variety of methods.
