Vision

ASF seeks to inspire, encourage, and facilitate Astronaut Scholars to embody the highly respected astronaut characteristics, such as intelligence, ambition, self-motivation, high ethical standards, persistence, tenacity, adaptability, and a passion for science, exploration, and innovation. This focus will aid in placing the best American scholars in positions that will positively change and influence society.

Goals

1. 1.Broaden our corporate base. The corporate portfolio of supporters will be larger and will reflect similar percentages to scholar demographics. The list of supporters will include companies where scholars currently work and desire to work.
2. 2.Magnify the value of ASF. Clear messaging throughout ASF marketing material reflects the key targeted industries so that visitors feel they have found a familiar home and are more likely to engage. Marketing material focuses on a broad range of STEM fields and talent acquisition benefits and impact.
3. 3.Continue on the growth* trajectory path of maximum 3 scholarships added annually. Fundraising program is equipped with staffing level and resources to support raising the needed funds for growth trajectory.
