Hope for Families Center, Inc.

    Mission

The mission of The Hope for Families Center is "To transition families from homelessness to sustainable permanent housing by providing a safe shelter, food, employment and other supportive services".

The shelter is a 21 room facility for families with children under the age of 18 years. We serve as a catalyst to get families back on their feet and provide structure, education and resources for employment, child care and school enrollment. Our goal is to not only keep families safe today but to equip them with resources they need to provide for themselves over the long term. Residents must participate in shelter programs to be successful. Case managers work directly with each family to identify barriers to their success and devise a working plan with the goal of moving them into permanent housing solutions. On average,62% of our residents are children
