Mission

Established in 1999, Kids House of Seminole is an independent, non-profit, accredited Children's Advocacy Center dedicated to providing a child friendly, non-threatening environment for child victims of abuse. The unique comprehensive multi-disciplinary approach brings all necessary services under one roof and provides prompt comprehensive care ultimately reducing fear and trauma to children. What began as a grassroots effort to guardian children as they went through the process of abuse report and treatment has become the best system for saving child abuse victims from further and debilitating harm leading to breaking the cycle of abuse. Today, Kids House with 28 employees and over 300 volunteers is the community single point of contact for child victims of sexual, physical and psychological abuse, neglect or witness to severe domestic violence.
