Vision

The St. Johns Housing Partnership exists to provide donors, partners, and community advocates with trusted, high-impact opportunities to invest in safe, quality, and affordable housing across Northeast Florida. Through strategic collaboration between the public and private sectors, we transform philanthropic support into new construction, home preservation, neighborhood revitalization and financial literacy - strengthening economic stability and expanding housing access for low- and moderate-income families, seniors, individuals with disabilities and veterans.

Goals

1. 1.By December 2027, St. Johns Housing Partnership will launch a financial literacy program serving at least 50 low- to moderate-income residents through workshops and counseling focused on budgeting, credit, savings, and housing stability. At least 75% of participants will complete a financial action plan and show improved financial knowledge and confidence.
2. 2.St. Johns Housing Partnership will increase home rehabilitation services by completing critical repairs, accessibility modifications, and healthy housing improvements for at least 200 households earning 80% or less of Area Median Income (AMI), improving safety, accessibility, and overall living conditions for low-income homeowners.
3. 3.By June 2027, St. Johns Housing Partnership will strengthen financial capacity through a major gifts fundraising program by increasing unrestricted revenue, expanding donor engagement, securing at least three new major funding partnerships, and increasing private and foundation funding by 20% to support long-term sustainability.
