Vision

We envision a world in which differences are celebrated! We believe greatness resides in everyone and that begins here in the arena with a horse.

Goals

1. 1.Sustainable Funding: Develop a variety of funding programs to ensure the long-term viability of our current and expanding therapeutic services for our clients and their families. This is accomplished through grants, events and individual donations, to support program service fees.
2. 2.Quality Programing: Identify opportunities to enhance current programs, or to add new programs, to ensure the therapeutic needs of our participants and their families will be met. To expand this our programs and client needs, we have adapted programs and added licenced therapists and developed more comprehensive programs.
3. 3.Community Impact: Develop strategic alliances and foster current relationships with other nonprofit and for profit organizations to impact complex problems facing the Tampa Bay Community. Through this initiative, we have expanded our reach in the Tampa Bay area and beyond.
