Vision

The vision of the Homeless Coalition of St Johns County is to have a well-maintained campus with restored and new buildings, robust family services and a proven track record of family success stories, There will be community ownership and pride in the success of these efforts along with increased funding.

Goals

1. 1.Develop a Master Plan for our five acre campus. Phase one will include will include new office space, converting current supportive service office into a single family home for a homeless family and our business office into a Children's Education Center. Also to include paving the drive and creating sidewalks through the campus.
2. 2.Phase two of the Master Plan will include developing 1.6 acres of vacant land to expand our housing capacity and add eight duplexes or 16 additional homes for homeless families. Rezoning in 2024 and submission of plans to the city in 2025 to begin development.
3. 3.To schedule at least two speaking engagements each month to increase awareness of our program and increase volunteer and donor base. This also includes scheduling quarterly Open House events on campus.
