Vision

Timucuan Parks Foundation will create and sustain a world-class park system that is the crown jewel of Jacksonville.

Goals

1. 1.Create a plan and pipeline with the goal to recruit two new Board members by May 2026 to help TPF achieve a diverse, engaged board that is reflective of the community
2. 2.Expand outreach to community to include 40 networking/community events (community outreach tables and collaboration meetings included) by December 2026 with documented meaningful engagements or outcomes
3. 3.1. Provide at least 110 programs, events, activities, as well as trail maintenance and park cleanup projects 2. Track more than 4,000 park participants annually (In 2025, there were 4,558 and included 7 Creeks Fest)
