Vision

Our vision is to provide a world-class Club Experience that assures success is within reach of every young person who enters our doors, with all members on track to graduate from high school with a plan for the future, demonstrating good character and citizenship, and living a healthy lifestyle.

Goals

1. 1.Increase membership/ADA consistent with current facilities. Coordinate with Youth Guidance (and/or others) to enrich our teen offering/increase # of BGC youth served. Consider outreach to home-schooled kids. Explore merits of expanded Vero gym use, targeting teens. Seek avenues to expand outreach to parents / families, such as “back to school” nights.
2. 2.Bolster Staff Quality. Hire best qualified staff in sufficient quantity, Maintain a work environment that delivers positive employee satisfaction. Ensure compensation levels are consistent with marketplace. Expand sourcing for volunteers. (Re-) explore local state school internships
3. 3.Bolster teen program to prepare teens for life after high school.
