Visually Impaired Preschool Services (VIPS) empowers families by providing educational excellence to young children with visual impairments in order to build a strong foundation for reaching their highest potential.

Vision

Our vision is that every child who is blind or visually impaired in Kentucky and Indiana receive early intervention services promptly.

Goals

1.Plan to enhance sustainability, impact, educational success, family advocacy, and lead in national visual impairment discourse.
2.Recruit & train specialized teachers to develop state-of-the-art programming & services, meeting all children's and family's needs.
3.Broaden impact by ensuring all children with vision loss & families receive specialized services through training, programs, curriculum, and direct delivery.
