To redefine the standard of pediatric occupational and physical therapy by making life-changing, nature-based interventions accessible to every family, creating a generation of children who lead empowered, active and joy-filled lives.

Goals

1. 1.Increase our annual service capacity by 20% by December 2027 through the addition of a dedicated speech therapy space and one licensed speech therapists. Our current waitlist exceeds six months, indicating a significant unmet need in the Louisville community. This goal directly supports our vision of making hippotherapy interventions accessible to every family by reducing barriers to timely care.
2. 2.We aim to grow our 'Bridge the Gap' Fund by $200,000 over the next 24 months to ensure that 100% of families with demonstrated financial need receive subsidized sessions. Specialized interventions like hippotherapy are rarely fully covered by insurance. To fulfill our mission, we must diversify our funding to subsidize the true cost of care for low-income families.
3. 3.Develop a formalized 'Impact Dashboard' by the end of 2026 to track and publish quantitative developmental progress for 90% of our participants across physical and cognitive domains. As leaders in hippotherapy, we have a responsibility to prove the efficacy of our model. With robust data, we can advocate for better insurance reimbursement rates and redefine the standard of pediatric care.
