FACILITATE AGRICULTURAL AND RURAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN KENTUCKY BY 1) PROVIDING LEADERSHIP, EDUCATIONAL, TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL RESOURCES AND 2) IMPROVING THE ECONOMIC CONDITIONS OF RURAL KENTUCKY THROUGH PROMOTING DEVELOPMENT OF NEW BUSINESSES AND THE IMPROVEMENT OF EXISTING AGRIBUSINESSES.
