Goal One: Increase the immediate safety of survivors of domestic violence by operating the Weaver Domestic Violence Center, Middle Tennessee’s largest emergency shelter for domestic violence victims.
Goal Type: Focus on core programs to achieve mission and scale back on programs not seen as core.
Goal Two: Launch two new group therapy programs at Weaver Domestic Violence Center: The Nurturing Parent Program and the Rainbows for All Children program.
Goal Type: New program(s) based on observed changes in needs among our constituencies/communities served.
Goal Three: Help girls navigate gender, economic, racial and social barriers to success, and engage boys and men to be a part of the solution to end gender-based violence in Metro Nashville Public Schools.
Goal Type: Grow, expand, scale or increase access to the existing programs and services.
