Goals

1. 1.ASP will establish proof of concept for successful volunteer programs and recruitment that will lead to the engagement of more than 18,000 volunteers annually in life-changing service experiences. ASP will develop robust and sustainable regional THRIVE hubs (Transforming Homes and Rebuilding in Vulnerable Environments) to expand our year-round footprint across our service area.
2. 2.ASP will enhance our fundraising endeavors, ensuring that volunteer experiences are accessible to all who wish to serve. We will bolster these efforts through initiatives that establish new partnerships, secure major funding, establishing scholarship funds, building our endowment and obtaining grants. ASP will increase our investment in home repairs to eradicate substandard housing conditions.
3. 3.ASP is dedicated to cultivating visionary leaders who will profoundly impact our region. We will develop innovative leadership initiatives, engage champions for ASP, support workforce development, and nurture growth of service-minded employees and volunteers.
