Kentucky Horse Park Foundation

Mission

The Kentucky Horse Park Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to enhancing, expanding, and improving the Kentucky Horse Park. Since its inception in 1985, the Kentucky Horse Park Foundation has raised over $40 million, helping make the Kentucky Horse Park the leading equestrian facility of its kind in the world. Revenue generated from visitor fees and support from the Commonwealth of Kentucky only provide a portion of the funding needed to operate the Kentucky Horse Park. Contributions from the private sector are vital to filling the gap and achieving the vision for the Park as the world’s leading equestrian destination as a working horse farm, a world-renowned center for show and competition, and an international center for equine education.

Charitable contributions to the Kentucky Horse Park Foundation provide the private support necessary for the Kentucky Horse Park to fulfill its mission to achieve excellence as a working horse farm, a world renowned center for equestrian competition, and a center for equine education.

2.Ensure the long-term future of the Kentucky Horse Park by raising funds for the Nina Bonnie Endowment.
3.Provide the necessary support for outreach programs of the Park, including the Mustang Troop, the Field Trip Fund, and the Emerging Equine Professionals Program.
