The organization covers up to $1,000 a year in approved training or study expenses for employees who further their education in areas related to their work. Last year, for instance, one of the co-directors of our events had most of her study expenses covered for education that will directly benefit her ability to lead key annual events.

Partnership Our key partnership is with Yad Vashem, Israel's official memorial to the victims of the Holocaust. From helping to staff their Christian Desk to funding leadership seminars and co-sponsoring educational webinars, our partnership of 15 years is a key pillar in our fight against antisemitism. Thought Leadership We deliver an annual conference for our supporters, while also speaking at other events, be they smaller meetings or larger summits and conferences. We sponsor the annual Breakfast for Israel at the National Religious Broadcaster's conference which is always popular and filled to capacity with hundreds in attendance. Networks We facilitate the American Leaders for Israel network which seeks to provide a unified voice of truth to the American public in support of Israel and the Jewish people. Marketing/Social Media We have an active and growing presence on social media where supporters are engaged organically and through the use of targeted marketing.

Given the limited ability to meet in person, we shifted to digital fundraising and meetings. This entailed a complete upgrade in CRM and donor engagement tools so we could better communicate with and understand our donors. We also started holding frequent webinars to keep our constituency engaged and informed. We also built a completely new website to better present the mission of the organization and the projects it delivers while also making the donation process a much better experience that integrates with our new CRM platform.
