Vision

We envision a world where every child and family in crisis experiences the power of family, supported by a community of faith, hard work, and healing that restores dignity, strengthens families, and raises up resilient, Christ-centered leaders.

Goals

1. 1.Expand access to Seamark Ranch residential and community programs to serve more children and families in crisis. Reach 650 unique beneficiaries annually by 12/31/2027, progressing toward 1,000 served annually by 2030 through expanded partnerships, mentoring, and community-facing services.
2. 2.Establish a full-service mental health counseling center to meet growing emotional and behavioral health needs of children and families in crisis. Integrate counseling with residential care and family support to deliver individualized care plans that promote healing, stability, and long-term resilience.
3. 3.Strengthen organizational capacity to sustain mission growth by documenting core processes, improving systems, and expanding staff and leadership. Target $5M in annual revenue and ~40 employees by 12/31/2027 to support stable, high-quality care and expanded services.
