1.We continue to run community needs assessements every 3 years. We seek to serve the community's greatest needs through our community grants and initiatives.
2.We value best practices both within our organization and in supporting other nonprofits to practice best practices. We continue to evaluate our own organization, transparency, communication and engagement strategies to ensure we are meeting those values.
3.We have a commitment to the greatest needs wtihin our community. Advocating for our partners falls within this category.
