Mission

Quarterbacking Children’s Health Foundation provides funds to fulfill medical needs for children, whose needs would otherwise be unmet. We wish to make a difference in the medical care and medical opportunities for our children and young adults.

Vision

The Quarterbacking Children’s Health Foundation addresses critical gaps in pediatric healthcare access across Alabama, a state that consistently ranks low in child health outcomes. Families, particularly in rural and underserved areas, often face barriers such as transportation challenges, rising non-medical costs, and limited access to specialized care. Since 1929, the Foundation has worked alongside pediatric healthcare providers to remove these obstacles by funding transportation, essential medical equipment, and programs that support children and families during and after treatment. As healthcare costs rise and specialty care becomes more centralized, the need continues to grow. Many families are uninsured or underinsured and struggle with expenses not covered by traditional funding sources. The Foundation’s support ensures children can access timely care, maintain continuity of treatment, and improve quality of life.
