Magic Moments

Mission

The Magic Moments mission is to grant non-medical magic moments to children ages 4 – 18 with chronic life-threatening or acute life-altering conditions, who live or receive treatment in the state of Alabama, as well as continue a relationship through our Beyond the Moment program.

Vision

Magic Moments envisions a future where every child in Alabama facing a chronic life-threatening or acute life-altering condition experiences joy, hope, and meaningful connection through life-changing opportunities and a supportive community.

Goals

1.Expand awareness and referral partnerships across Alabama to identify more eligible children and increase access to our services. Our goal is to ensure every medically eligible child referred to Magic Moments can receive their wish without delay or financial barriers.
2.Expand the Beyond the Moment program to provide year-round engagement opportunities for wish families across Alabama. These events foster peer support, strengthen family connections, and extend the emotional impact of each Magic Moment beyond the original wish experience.
3.Strengthen organizational capacity through diversified fundraising, expanded donor engagement, and strategic partnerships. These efforts support sustainable growth and ensure Magic Moments can continue granting at least 100 wishes annually to Alabama children with life-threatening medical conditions.
