Mission

PARCA'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE OBJECTIVE, NONPARTISAN INFORMATION THAT WILL LEAD TO THE IMPROVEMENT OF STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT.

PARCA aspires to improve the lives of all Alabamians via sound and clear policy in education, health, economic development and public safety.

1.PARCA's ultimate goal is to increase attention to state issues and provide nonpartisan research to inform decision making and shape legislation and policy.
2.Growth is essential for PARCA to continue helping Alabamians. We continue to add staff to support our goals as well as obtain new donors and grants.
3.What makes PARCA unique is that it is non-ideological. PARCA’s work does not begin from a set of left or right-leaning assumptions.
