Boy Scouts of America, Pines Burr Area Council's mission is to foster the character development, citizenship training, and personal fitness of young people and in other ways, to prepare them to make ethical choices over their lifetime by instituting values vase on those found in the scout oath and law. The Boy Scouts of America is one of the nation's largest and most prominent value-based youth development organizations. For nearly a century, the BSA has helped build the future leaders of this country by combining educational activities and lifelong values with fun.
