The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: EXPAND OUR HEALTH TRAINING PROGRAMS WITH THE APES TO PROACTIVELY MONITOR THE HEALTH OF THE SANCTUARY RESIDENT THROUGH VOLUNTARY BLOOD DRAWS, DIABETES TESTING, AND HEALTH HEALTH TESTING.
Goal Type: Focus on core programs to achieve mission and scale back on programs not seen as core.
Goal Two: EXPAND OUR INFRASTRUCTURE TO FURTHER OUR ABILITY TO DO VIRTUAL TOURS AND AUCTIONS TO AUGMENT OUR FUNDRAISING AND OUTREACH EFFORTS.
Goal Type: Invest in the capacity of our organization (financial, management, technical, etc.).
Goal Three: FUNDRAISE AND THEN BUILD AN EDUCATION CENTER TO INFORM THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE PLIGHT OF GREAT APES IN CAPTIVITY AS WELL AS IN THE WILD, WITH THE FOCUS ON PROTECTION FOR BOTH GROUPS.
