    Mission

    The Everglades Outpost is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of native Florida wildlife and the permanent placement of abused, neglected, exploited, and abandoned exotic wildlife. We are a one of a kind sanctuary, caring for over 100 permanent animals of over 16 different species. From animals as small as Tinkerbell the bunny to some some as large as Chewy our 2,000 pound dromedary camel, the Everglades Outpost serves as a home to wildlife of all sizes, shapes, and stories.
