Vision

Founded in 1997, Women of Tomorrow Mentor & Scholarship Program inspires, motivates and empowers at-risk, young women to live up to their full potential through a unique mentoring program with highly accomplished professional women and scholarship opportunities. Women of Tomorrow currently operates in South Florida and Metro Detroit, serving 4,000 at-risk young women annually in over 175 public high schools, with a network of 300 highly accomplished professional women. Over 30,000 students have been impacted, and we boast a 99% high school graduation rate. 95% of graduates plan to enroll in higher education. Since inception of the scholarship program, Women of Tomorrow has awarded over $9.1 million in college scholarships.

Goals

1. 1.We provide group mentoring by highly-accomplished professional women and offer educational and career-focused field trips to expose mentees to job opportunities. We also award scholarships to qualified senior girls. Since 1997, we have mentored more than 30,000 students and provided over $9.1 million in scholarship awards.
2. 2.We have developed an online portal and mobile app for our mentors, school coordinators, and mentees to utilize for important resources and updates. We implemented new CRM, Grant Management and Project Management software to gain office efficiencies and foster better communication and collaboration between our staff and stakeholders.
