Vision

Children’s Bereavement Center's vision is to restore a sense of hope for the future to children and families who have lost a loved one and to establish Children’s Bereavement Center’s model of peer support as the best practice model of child and family bereavement services.

Goals

1. 1.Provide free grief support groups to anyone who has experienced a loss, no matter the type of loss, age, socioeconomic background, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual identification, gender identification, or geographic location.
2. 2.Expanding CBC's reach to provide accessible and culturally sensitive grief support, resources, and activities to support those in the who have experienced a loss.
3. 3.Develop Children's Bereavement Center's Grief-Informed training program to educate community professionals about the effects of grief after a loss and how to best support people who are grieving.
