Between now and 2029, we will increase benefits and compensation, outline clear paths for promotion and professional development, and strengthen volunteer training so that we can recruit and retain talented, passionate, diverse staff and volunteer leaders.
3.We will drive long-term sustainability by investing in revenue resilience, developing an understanding of our brand perception and messaging effectiveness, and sophisticating our program evaluation so that we can be more effective, responsive, and impactful.
