Vision

A world where all peoples have equal access to human rights, justice, inclusion and freedoms. How to arrive at this is the challenge. Our work in rural communities addresses peoples who are the victims of discrimination and lack of access, employment, equality and education. Their immediate needs are our focus. We provide training and support to these rural populations who suffer from unemployment, food insecurity and lack of economic integration. We envision these rural communities, which make up 50% of the population of Central America, developing their own sustainable food and economic systems, and creating a thriving and healthy future.

Goals

1. 1.Our organization continues to expand our work with rural communities in Nicaragua and Guatemala.
2. 2.Part of our ongoing scaling effort is to build capacity within the organization to improve access to funding resources.
