TO PROMOTE SUPERVISED COMPETITIVE FOOTBALL PROGRAMS FOR THE HIGH SCHOOL CHILDREN OF THE COMMUNITY, TO ARRANGE INTRA- AND EXTRA-CITY SPORTING EVENTS, AND TO INSTILL IN PLAYERS THE PRINCIPLES OF SPORTSMANSHIP, HONESTY, LOYALTY, COURAGE, AND RESPECT FOR OTHERS.
