Vision

We visualize an equitable Puerto Rico committed to social justice, where women, girls and gender fluid people are protagonists and can fully develop in freedom throughout their lives.

Goals

1. 1.We’re strengthening our internal capacity by formalizing policies, investing in staff development, adopting trauma-informed practices, and upgrading tech systems. We’re also deepening our fundraising strategy and board governance to ensure long-term sustainability and impact. This investment aligns with our feminist values of care, equity, and resilience.
2. 2.We’re expanding our feminist grantmaking to reach more grassroots groups by increasing funds, simplifying applications, and offering multi-year, flexible support. By centering care, trust, and equity, we’re growing access to resources for those addressing gender-based violence, economic justice, and community resilience across Puerto Rico.
3. 3.We’re deepening our advocacy to advance gender equity in Puerto Rico and increase philanthropic investment in local solutions. Through public education, strategic partnerships, and policy engagement, we amplify feminist voices and push for long-term structural change. We aim to shift power and resources to those most impacted by injustice.
