Through partnerships, education, and a robust support network, we strive to eliminate food insecurity, foster long-term wellness, and uplift San Joaquin County's most vulnerable residents, building a brighter, more sustainable future for all.

Goals

1. 1.Expand access to nutritious food by tailoring Main Food Pantry offerings to client preferences, increasing Mobile Farmers Market stops in underserved neighborhoods, and growing the Golden Heart Delivery Program — all while strengthening EFB’s commitment to direct, compassionate client interactions.
2. 2.Invest in organizational capacity by launching Primarius inventory system, training staff, expanding volunteer engagement with CEO meet-and-greets, and enhancing financial management to support the capital campaign and future growth, while maintaining our unique client-facing service model.
3. 3.Expand programs to meet evolving community needs, including launching a financial literacy program for clients and enhancing Building Better Habits with an outdoor nutrition education center, offering hands-on cooking, gardening, and food waste reduction education for families.
