Mission

Meals on Wheels Diablo Region are the only organization that has direct contact with clients and delivers both meals and supportive services in Contra Costa County. We enhance the lives of older adults by delivering healthy meals and providing an array of supportive services that empower seniors to live independently, safely, and with dignity. We offer nine programs that work together to help keep our clients healthy, safe, and independent in their communities. These include: Meals on Wheels, Breakfast Bags, Grocery Bags, Cultural Cuisine, Cafes, Friendly Visitors/Callers & Helpers, Fall Prevention, Health & Wellness, and Care Management.
