Vision

We partner with people to help them overcome homelessness. Our House knows that homelessness is a complex issue that is exacerbated by the lack of capacity in our community, with the deep belief that people experiencing homelessness are capable of great things. For this vision to be possible, we must leverage our capabilities for those we serve. Capabilities like our holistic programming, our beneficial partnerships we form, our compassionate accountability, having a strong commitment to data-driven continuous improvement, and a skilled, principled, and dedicated team.

Goals

1. 1.In April 2024, Our House nearly doubled its capacity with the opening of the Mabee Family House and Windgate Family Support Center. This expansion allows us to serve more families, doubling the number of children we support daily and enhancing our services. Last year, we served over 3,000 individuals, and as we grow, we face the challenge of ensuring our continued success and impact.
2. 2.We will need to and will grow our overall fundraising for planned programmatic growth by increasing individual and private donor giving, focusing on major gifts and planned giving.
