Fayetteville Public Library Foundation is the philanthropic partner of your favorite local library, turning gifts into community-empowering resources and helping bridge gaps between municipal support and the Library's ever-growing needs.

Vision

Fayetteville Public Library Foundation looks to help build a world where everyone reads, curiosity is encouraged, learning never stops, and everyone has access to the empowering resources public libraries offer.

Goals

1.Launch Foundation-specific communications channels to grow and cultivate audiences with which to directly communicate Foundation events, news, needs, and more. (Our Foundation has till now communicated through the Library's Marketing team, limiting its reach.)
2.Launch two new Foundation-specific programs in 2026, including a mayoral book club and a platform through which to highlight young writers, perhaps through Urban Word's National Youth Poet Laureate program.
3.Increase fundraising in order to add staff. (Our Foundation currently has two employees.)
