2.FUEL THE VISION AND IMPACT -Create International Advisory Board for strengthening dev. opportunities • 40% of funding from within East Africa • Alumni become financial contributors /door openers
3.DEEPEN AND STRENGTHEN an East Africa-led organization • Global Chairperson is East African • Successful transition from Founder > African CEO • Staff/Board represent communities we serve
