Goodwill believes that every person should find a meaning, purpose and value in life by securing employment.

Goals

1.Provide essential case management and work readiness training to at least 2,000 individuals annually.
2.Of the 2,000 individuals who register for Goodwill's workfoce services, at least 75% will complete work readiness training and show improvement in their skills.
3.Provide job placement and retention services to at least 450 individuals where 75% will maintain their employment for 90 days or longer.
