TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR SENIORS AGE 60 AND OLDER BY PROCURING AND PROVIDING SERVICES TO ALLOW THEM TO REMAIN IN THEIR COMMUNITIES FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OLDER AMERICANS' ACT OF 1965 AND THE STATE OF LOUISIANA OFFICE OF ELDERLY AFFAIRS' REGULATIONS.
