Mission

T.R.E.E.'s mission is to educate children and adults about the life science processes that govern our planet, to inspire them to appreciate the natural world, and to motivate them to protect it. The mission is accomplished by conducting comprehensive academic and experiential education programs.

Community-wide kindness and caring for all living things to which we are all connected.

Goals

1.T.R.E.E.'s core programs remain relevant, fun, in demand, and effective.
2.Program staff are rightfully priority as they truly serve the mission. However, to sustain its future T.R.E.E. needs more capacity at the administrative level.
3.T.R.E.E. has been receiving more requests for serving groups of children and families. Our programs are grade-specfic and developmentally focused. Yet, portions of our programs can be adapted (the sensory elements) for all age groups. We also have been engaged by those in the social work and therapy areas of wellness to provide our forest experiences for stress reduction and personal reflection.
