TO PROVIDE ELDERLY PERSONS AND/OR HANDICAPPED PERSONS WITH HOUSING FACILITIES AND SERVICES SPECIALLY DESIGNED TO MEET THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL, SOCIAL, AND PSYCHOLOGICAL NEEDS, AND TO PROMOTE THEIR HEALTH, SECURITY, HAPPINESS AND USEFULNESS ALL ON A NON-PROFIT BASIS.
