(WE ALSO HELP IN BULGARIA AND MOLDOVA WHEN FINANCIALLY POSSIBLE) RAR PROVIDES VET CARE, SPAY/NEUTER, FOOD AND HELP FOR SHELTER ANIMALS, EDUCATION, AND VETERINARY TRAINING SCHOLARSHIPS TO VETERINARIANS WHO NEED TO LEARN HIGHLY SKILLED SURGICAL TECHNIQUES VIA THE VETERINARY TRAINING CAMP, LOCATED AT THE CENTER OF HOPE, ROMANIA.

Vision

We strive to create an environment where animals are accepted as sentient beings, cared for and respected by providing education, veterinary care and training, and sterilization to humanely control the overpopulation of unwanted animals.

Goals

1.Provide 15,000-17,000 spays and neuters per year. Outreach via media in Romania to teach the public about animal welfare and the need of spay/neuter, veterinary care, and proper care of animals. Train more veterinarians on highly skilled surgical techniques.
2.Grow and expand our outreach programs to more communities and rural areas.
3.Find supporters who will invest in our existing infrastructure and help us to expand our mission and ability in other regions throughout Romania.
