Mission

Animal Rescue Foundation Inc (ARF) rescues homeless dogs and cats in the Tulsa area and helps them find loving homes. We do this by rescuing homelss animals out of area shelters, accepting owner surrendered pets, placing them in foster homes, providing their comprehensive veterinary care, and finding suitable adoptive homes.
