If any roof could restore a life, then homelessness would be solved by shelter alone. But real healing takes permanence, dignity, and a door that does not close behind you. With the support of generous private philanthropy, New Hope's 1,758 affordable rental apartments at 12 supportive communities across Houston provide a dignified, sustainable solution to homelessness and prevention. Our deeply collaborative approach ensures efficiency and expertise as we work with more than 55 nonprofit community service agency partners to deliver onsite services free of charge to 3,200 residents/year.

Goals

1. 1.Expand our high-quality supportive housing to fill Houston's shortage of 200k homes for households earning up to 50% Area Median Income.
2. 2.Expand professional capacity and community partnerships to grow our portfolio by 40% between 2026-2027.
