Mission

Our mission to is to enable and inspire all young people, but especially those who need us most to reach their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens. As part of the nation’s leading provider of out-of-school-time youth development services, BGCOKC provides multi-dimensional, evidence-based programs in academic enrichment, socio-emotional wellness, college & career prep, sports , music, financial literacy, STEAM and more at 18 Club locations. We provide a safe place for youth to be, nutritious food and staff relationships that in some cases last a lifetime. Finding quality after-school and summer programs is often a struggle in low-income communities due to cost. We are committed to overcoming that barrier, charging only a $10/year membership fee, and at most Clubs no fee at all. We believe that every child deserves to have equal opportunities, regardless of the zip code they live in. It takes caring people, a safe environment, high-quality programs, and unique experiences to level the playing field for all kids. Boys & Girls Club doesn’t just do one thing, we do whatever it takes to build great futures for our youth!
