Our Mission statement includes the three B’s: Belong – Believe –Become • We provide young people with a place where they feel they BELONG. • We love young people unconditionally with the hope they will come to BELIEVE they are uniquely created with a purpose. • We provide positive role models and mentors with the hope that those who participate at The Rock will BECOME all they were created to be.”

Vision

Our vision is to sponsor and promote educational, charitable, and cultural events for disadvantaged children and youth, which will introduce young people to a life-saving and life changing encounter with Jesus Christ.

Goals

1.Focus on acquiring funding to sustain our current after school programs and youth development center and eliminate activities that don't meet our mission.
2.We need to invest in our operating systems to help support the work of the ministry. Developing our board to help support the work that needs to be done in financial planning and fundraising.
3.We need to work on our communication through technology that is available to us to more effective communicate with our stakeholders.
